We had a video going of pictures from the last 60 years. My cousin also did a little bag of goodies with stuff written on the back about different events during 1948. It was amazing to see all 33 of us together, & two in the oven(but not for long!)! :) If we were only so lucky to make it as long as they have.

Starved Rock

Monday we were able to meet Nam and Pops at Starved Rock for a little visit time. Brady really enjoyed getting his feet in the water and can't wait to get out on the boat in Arkansas!

Cara to Hawaii

Cara is moving to Hawaii...poor girl I know! I went to an after work party for her. Everyone had a good time and she will be greatly missed by all her co-workers.

White Oak Carnival Days

White Oak had carnival day's and I got to go and run around with my "kid" Azez. We had so much fun on the Rat Race(which I went on 4 times) that he got locked up!!!

Mother's Day/Zoo

My first Mother's Day was such a fun day. Brady made me a card out of clay with his hand print in it and Dusty bought me a beautiful ring with Brady's birthstone in it. It was a great start to the day which ended up being cold and rainy. Since the zoo wouldn't have been too fun on a day like that, we decided to head to Arlington Race Track. We had so much fun and enjoyed our time. Of course winning a little money doesn't hurt!

The bear cooling off in his pool.

Do you see what is behind me????? :O

I'm so lucky that we got to go to the zoo this past weekend. It was a beautiful day and since we have a family pass for the summer we thought, let's get out of the house and check out some animals. We enjoyed our time there while getting to see bears, monkeys, and going into the Children's Zoo where Brady was able to pet some of the animals.

First feeding on his own

Brady fed himself real dinner for the first time! What a fun experience which lead straight to the bathtub afterwards.

Betsy Graduated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TOUCHDOWN NOTRE DAME!
The Golden Dome.

We went to visit Betsy this past weekend due to that fact that she graduated from college. Yahoo! It was great to get to see her and her family. They treated Brady as if he was part of their own family(grabbed him when we got there and off he went). We had so much fun at the hog roast and even got to go out for a little while after Brady went to sleep. It was very fun to get out, play a game of darts, and listen to a little karaoke. On Sunday, which was a beautiful day, we figured we would stop by Bethel College(were I went to school) & Notre Dame. We drove through Bethel and then got out and took a tour of Notre Dame. What a fun time! Overall it was a great weekend! Can't wait for the warmer weather to stay! *I didn't get any pictures with Betsy cause she HATES pics but we love you still!*
