Horse Racing

We took Brady to the horse races for the first time this weekend. We had a great time and loved being able to look at the horses and watch them race around. Brady did get in on the betting a little bit when he picked a horse(Awesomewithbroads). He did earn .40 and got 2nd place! The weather was pretty chilly and kept us inside the clubhouse for all but the last race. During that race we went to the finish line for Brady to get an up close look at the horses. We walked away with most of money after winning on some of the races.

Mommy cried....

This is one of these moments where you are so excited and it is such a small thing. Brady was playing with a toy where you have to put the balls in a hole and they roll out. We were showing him how to do it and HE DID IT ON HIS OWN! Total parent feeling came over me and I started crying. I ran to get my camera and was able to catch a few pictures. He is so amazing and it is such a joy to have him in our life.

Brrrrrrrr...it was cold but we went to cheer on Daddy. I guess we were good luck since he got 1st place!

Random

These are just some random pictures that were taken throughout spring break. Brady got a hat from Texas and we were playing with it. He is such a happy baby!

Easter

We had a very busy Easter. We went to hang out with Grandma Beth & Grandpa Ray along with Aunt Sarah & Aunt Kimberly in the early afternoon. It was a good time and Brady got to show off my cute outfit. He was pretty stylin. After dessert we headed to Mamow, Grandpa John, & Uncle Matt's house. There was a lot of family we were able to visit with and it was a great day!

Baby it's cold outside

Mommy put this darn hat on me when we were shopping. I felt so silly and mommy and daddy were laughing so I pretty sure they thought it was funny also. Hope everyone is having a good March...can't wait for spring to be here so I can go with mommy on walks! Bring on the warm weather!

FREEZIN for a REASON

A massive show of unity by striking special education teachers and aides(200) at Saratoga School Wednesday may have helped bring an end to tandem strikes against the Grundy County Special Education Cooperative. The aides settled their dispute Wednesday, while the teachers hammered out most of a deal Wednesday that was finalized Thursday.

BIG SNOW

We got our first big snow since I have been alive. I made Mommy and Daddy take me outside. They only let me out for a few minutes but it was sure fun. I love snow day's when we get to spend time together as a family! Check out my pictures of our snow! Brady :)
