37 Weeks

Ok...so I am at 37 weeks and pretty much ready to pop. I know when you learn about pregnancy you realize it is a 9 month process. Well...think again. It is actually 10 months!!! If it was 9 months I would have a baby by now. I am having one of those days where I am having sporadic contractions, sweating in air conditioning that is set at 66 degrees, and having to roll off the couch onto the ground in order to get off the couch. I realize all pregnant women go through this but I am ready to move from pregnancy to motherhood. Today I decided to wear my capri pants and I couldn't even reach down to tie the bottoms of my pants(Dusty was a good sport and did it for me). I cant imagine being pregnant in wintertime and having to try to tie shoes. This is so ridiculous. Finally I have become extremely irritable and things set me off at a drop of a hat. A dog barking, a plate out of place, or the freaking Sox playing like crap especially when they are playing the Cubs. Grrrrrr! :)

FYI: We are going to be delivering at Edwards Hospital in Naperville IL. From Interstate 55 you would get off heading north on Weber Road. Continue on Weber road until you reach Washington. At Washington, turn left and that road will bring you to our hospital. The hospitals address is 801 S. Washington, Naperville IL 60540.

Sorry for the rant! Baby behr is almost here and we cant wait!

Arkansas

This past weekend we were able to travel to Arkansas for our final trip before baby behr is born. Dusty and myself headed out of town on Tuesday for a few days of relaxation on the lake before the big wedding. While we were on the lake, let me tell you, it felt wonderful to float around. This belly weighs so much and to take all the weight off and just let your body relax was a great thing. Ian & RoseMarie made it to Arkansas late Friday night and it was great to get to see them also. Saturday the boys were in charge of cooking during the day so RM and myself headed to the lake for a little swim and girl chat. It was fun and I got some sun at the same time! The wedding was Saturday night and Dusty was running all over the place. He ended up being the sound guy, candle lighter, beer mister, wine mister, wedding party liner upper, dj cd setter upper, and my date. Mr. B was the officiant for the wedding and did a great job and made all of the Behringer family cry!

Here is the picture of how Dusty felt while all this was going on!

I felt so bad for Dusty since the weather was sort of warm...90 degrees. He was soaked by the time he sat down for dinner. All in all the Behringer family did a great job helping the Burks family with the wedding. It went off without a hitch and now all the Behringer & Burks boys are married. We headed back up to Illinois on Sunday and we are glad to be home now. Arkansas was that last big event before our son is to be born. Wow...we are going to have a son in the next 3 1/2 weeks! We cant wait to meet him.

Nursery Complete

Dusty & myself finished baby Behr's room today. Now all we need is a little baby to join us. The jungle theme turned out awesome.
5 weeks, 2 days till the due date.
I am so excited and cant wait to hold our little bundle.

Above is our hospital bag and then our little babies thinking chair! He sits on the left side when he is bad and the right when he is being an angel! :-D Too bad either team is doing very well this year!
